In the darkness of the nights of negligence, amidst the storms of doubt and uncertainty, there is a hidden light—a light that from eternity, the heavens have promised. He is the heir of light, the ninth generation of Husayn ibn Ali (A.S.), and the final shining star in the constellation of fourteen suns.
He is Muhammad ibn Hasan al- Mahdi(A.S.), and he is called Qaim, for he shall rise to spread the justice of Ali ibn Abi Talib (A.S.) across the earth. He is the great purpose of creation, and the mission of the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad Mustafa (PBUH), is completed with him. In him, the purity of Fatimah (A.S.), the daughter of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), is manifested, and he inherits the nobility and dignity of Hasan ibn Ali (A.S.). The purity of Ali Zayn al-Abidin (A.S.) flows within him, and the grandeur of Muhammad al-Baqir (A.S.) shines in his appearance. In his gaze, the knowledge of Ja’far al-Sadiq (A.S.) radiates, and in his hands, the generosity of Musa al-Kadhim (A.S.) flows. He is as kind as Ali ibn Musa al-Ridha (A.S.) and as noble as Muhammad ibn Ali al-Jawad (A.S.), a guide like Ali ibn Muhammad al-Hadi (A.S.) and steadfast like Hasan ibn Ali al-Askari (AS), concealed in waiting.
He is the inheritor of the mission of Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus (A), for God has sent all prophets with one faith to unite humanity and establish divine justice: “He has ordained for you of the religion what He enjoined upon Noah and that which We have revealed to you, , and what We enjoined upon Abraham, Moses, and Jesus – to establish the religion and not be divided therein” (Ash-Shura: 13).
For centuries, eyes have thirsted for his vision, the earth yearns for his footsteps, and hearts beat with the fervor of his advent. Every breeze whispers his name, and every dawn carries the scent of his arrival. He is the divine promise, a truth woven into the fabric of time, breathing in the silence of the night. And the earth shall be inherited by the righteous, as decreed by God: “And We have already written in the Book after the [previous] mention that the land is inherited by My righteous servants” (Al-Anbiya: 105).
O you who have newly stepped into the realm of Islam! Know that he lives among us, unseen yet ever-present. He sees, he hears, and he answers every call of love. He is the hope of the destitute, the refuge of the brokenhearted, the light of weary souls. If in restless nights you lift your heart to the sky, you will hear how the mention of his name fills your being with tranquility.
And one day, he shall come—a day when the world will brim with his justice, a justice like that of Ali (A). A day when the oppressed shall smile, and the downtrodden shall find solace in his shade. A day when no orphan’s tears shall stain their cheeks, and the cries of the wronged shall not fade into silence. A day when truth shall color the world, and humanity shall find its true reflection in the mirror of his justice. For God has promised to establish the believers as successors on earth: “Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security” (An-Nur: 55).
So in this waiting, lift your hands in prayer, bind your hearts with his love, and walk in the light of hope. For he shall come… and the world shall awaken to the melody of justice and love. No force can extinguish the light of God, even if the disbelievers detest it: “They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it” (As-Saff: 8). And truth shall always triumph over falsehood: “Truth has come, and falsehood has vanished. Indeed, falsehood is ever bound to vanish” (Al-Isra: 81).
